Mazda Protege5 Review

The Protege4 compact sedan is the platform from which Mazda Protege5 was built.
It used the same power source, the 2.0-liter, DOHC inline four-cylinder engine
with 130 horsepower. Five colors are available with the vivid yellow as the most
sold.
The base price of the five door vehicle is $16,335. Optional features that gives
added comfort are moon roof, anti-braking system, side airbags, four speed automatic
transmission, polished alloy with chrome look, security alarm, cassette player,
in-dash six-disc CD changer, floor mats, cargo net, wheel locks and moon roof
deflector. A 5-spoke, 16-inch alloy wheels together with clear-cut trim cladding
and sharp lines give it a confident look. Perfectly fitted parts such as spoiler,
roof rack, head lights, grille and exterior radio antennae contribute to its perfect
over-all look.
The interior comes in neat dark charcoal leather dash and doors with clothe seats.
Lumbar and lateral support comes with the front seats. Stiffer and more flexible
Pluma-flex board lessens vibration for more comfortable rides. Child safety is
ensured by added child seat anchors with three top tether anchors and two sets
of lower anchors for each rear passenger seats. This device can be used even without
the seat belt.
